1. Parties and Site Scope

These Terms of Use form a contract between Enjoyvent Etkinlik Biletleme ve Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Enjoyvent") and the visitor of this subdomain showcase site ("Visitor").

This site is for informational purposes only. Ticket purchases, payments and cart operations do not happen here. All ticket sales take place on enjoyvent.com under that platform's User Agreement.

2. Definitions

  • Site: The showcase page served on this subdomain.
  • Visitor: The natural person browsing the Site.
  • Platform: The enjoyvent.com domain where ticket sales occur.

3. Use of the Site

The Visitor agrees to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. The content is for informational use; modification, copying or commercial republishing without permission is prohibited.

4. Ticket Purchase

Ticket sales and payments are only carried out on enjoyvent.com. Event links on this Site redirect Visitors to the Platform. Purchase terms, cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the Platform's User Agreement and the conditions of the relevant event.

5. Intellectual Property

Site design, software and Enjoyvent-branded content belong to Enjoyvent. Visuals and content related to artists, venues or events may belong to their respective rights holders. Unauthorised use, copying or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Personal Data

By using the Site, the Visitor acknowledges having read the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and KVKK Notice. Personal data collected via the Site is processed by Enjoyvent as data controller.

7. Changes

Enjoyvent may update these Terms. The updated text becomes effective upon publication on the Site.

8. Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent for consumer Visitors; in other cases, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul are competent.
